About Halifax (& Bank of Scotland)
The Halifax and Bank of Scotland banking brands (better known as HBOS) offer a range of credit cards as broad as their customer base: from first-time user and student deals to market-leading offers.
Hit hard by the financial crisis in 2008, HBOS made many of their credit cards deals available only to their existing customers, although their caution seems to have lifted since.
